Mann Components Limited was a British manufacturer of a range of precision wire wound resistors, some of which were sold as reference standards. Mann resistors were also used, in large quantities, to manufacture bespoke instruments, such as high voltage dividers. In 1983 the company was bought by Vishay, who also had a significant interest in precision resistors. The name Vishay-Mann was used for some time, but the Mann product line now seems to have largely disappeared.
